WHY SPONSOR ?

It’s new, it’s different, and it will exceed your expectations. As travel restrictions continue, and face-to-face meetings are limited, GFOASC’s Virtual Conference will provide you, our sponsors the chance to increase your brand visibility, reconnect with friends and clients, and meet more South Carolina government officers.

Through the virtual platform we have the potential to increase attendance with this new opportunity. We invite you to join us.

November 2-4, attendees will participate in on demand education sessions and browse the Exhibit Hall. On November 5, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST you have the ability to showcase your product and services, and chat one-on-one with attendees. After the conference your booth and information will remain available for one month, which will provide you with extended visibility.

New features provided with the virtual platform include: a customized virtual booth, one-on-one conversations, the ability to upload marketing videos, and enhanced reporting features to help you follow up on leads.

GFOASC staff will walk you through the process to ensure you have utilized every opportunity to receive the maximum return on your investment.

The key to your organization’s success is maximum exposure to attendees. Whether your goal is to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, increase market visibility, or all three, GFOASC’s prime sponsorship packages and opportunities are designed to help you meet or exceed your goals.

If you have a relevant session topic to present, and you have registered as a sponsor of the conference, you can contact the Fall Conference Chairperson, Matthew Norman at Gregory.Norman AT dor DOT sc DOT gov to discuss. Platinum sponsors are guaranteed a live speaking session. Matthew will determine the agenda based on relevant delegate information and CPE credits. Of course, a session must be informative and educational, but not a company commercial, please.

Also, since our attendees will not be able to pick up swag from your booth, we are asking that you mail 200 of your swag items to GFOASC. A gift bag including exhibitor swag will be mailed to attendees in advance. This is a great way to engage with attendees and add a fun, tangible element to the virtual space. All items will need to be received by October 9. Shipping details will be provided once you register.

Deadlines:

Register by October 5 to be included in the swag bag.  All “swag bag” items will need to be received by October 9.
